Based out of Knoxville, TN, Luxe Homes and Design specializes in custom homes. In 2005 and 2008 they won gold then silver in the Parade of Homes and for the last two years they’ve also been classified as a Best of Houzz in client satisfaction.
What makes these homes so unique? Jenny Blalock, owner of the company, also specializes in interior design which gives her unique insight when collaborating with clients. She is able to advise them on everything from footers to furniture. Working closely with her father, site manager Jim, she strives to make each experience seamless, on time and within budget.
