Sustainable products and practices have become significant factors in designing commercial, municipal, and residential hardscapes. So, we were thrilled to offer a tour of our Madison, NC, plant to landscape architects attending the North Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects conference in nearby Winston-Salem.

Pine Hall Brick Company hosted an NC ASLA conference session at our Madison, NC plant, providing landscape architects with an interactive tour of our face brick and clay paver manufacturing process. The tour emphasized our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable production for landscape design.
Our goal was to educate participants on the clay brick manufacturing process, including the use of different materials and techniques, ASTM standards, and the production of various sizes and colors. Attendees learned about raw material usage, kiln operations for color variations, and the green construction benefits of brick.
The tour was led by President & CEO Walt Steele, alongside Vice President Sales & Marketing Ted Corvey, Paver Sales Manager Doug Rose, Technical Services Director Geoff Roberson, and Vice President of Operations Mario Giffuni.
