Recognized specialists in the Design-Build process, Havlicek Builders has been building luxury custom homes in Illinois’ Kane and DuPage Counties for more than 30 years. So when it came to this home in central Illinois, the homeowners knew they were in good hands. For this project, as with all Havlicek projects, the firm worked to balance the dreams of the client with architectural changes and appropriate placement on the site location. The goal was to create a timeless home that the homeowners could enjoy for years to come.
The Chesapeake Pearl was chosen because of a past experience. Havlicek had used it in a previous project and the owner of that home had been thrilled with the results. Both parties agreed that the look of Chesapeake Pearl would be a great fit for the style of this new home.
